Refund policy
At LIV+LINN, we want our customers to be satisfied with our products. Hence we offer you a return 14 days after receiving the products.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it; unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale Items (if applicable).
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately discounted sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping Damage
If you have received your order damaged, please take a picture of it and contact us immediately at hallo@livlinn.com. Together we will find a solution. Keep the (damaged) packaging and the (damaged) goods well.
Returning
If you want to return your order, please send an e-mail to hallo@livlinn.com.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. The shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive the return it will be reviewed. It will then be approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
Returned products
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate/new purchase for the new item.
Damages and Problems.
Please check the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and come to a solution together.
