Shipping and returning
Any shipment from LIV+LINN simply fits through your letterbox. Completed orders are shipped immediately from the Netherlands. Any order completed before 12:00 P.M. can be expected the following day. We ship to any address in the Netherlands & Belgium.
LIV+LINN free sample pack
Try before you buy? Say no more! Your free sample pack contains one laundry strip, fit to run two small washing cycles or one pretty large one. Your sample package fits through the letterbox and will be sent to you for free.
LIV+LINN Fresh scent or Fragrance-free
Any order over € 40 will be sent for free. Orders below € 40 will contain €2.50 shipping costs.
LIV+LINN laundry subscription service
With our LIV+LINN laundry subscription service, you will receive the number of packs you specified every three months. Any shipment containing three packs or more will be sent for free. Shipments containing less than three packs will contain €2.50 shipping costs.
Not 100% satisfied with our laundry strips? If you contact our customer service, you can return unused items for free within 30 days. We are happy to help you!
Returns received after the 30 day time frame are not eligible for refunds.
After assessing the returned items, we will refund your purchase within 30 days.

So, to sum it up: when returning products, please take the following terms and conditions into account:
- We offer a 30 day return service;
- After we have received your package in good order, you will receive your refund within 30 days;
- We can only process returns and exchanges if the order is returned to us in a good salable condition, in the original packaging and in a sturdy return box. Defective products excluded.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show wear, tear or other damage;
- Damaged deliveries can be returned free of charge. Please contact customer service;
- Returns received outside of the aforementioned 30-day period will not be accepted;
- Wrong product? We will refund the amount for your purchase + any costs you have incurred for returning the wrong items. Please contact customer service.
